Download the ROM, and gapps (downloads below) BACKUP whatever you’re running - in recovery, do a full backup of system, boot, and data partitions wipe phone in recovery (format system, data, cache, and dalvik partitions) install rom + gapps (I always flash ROM twice then flash gapps) reboot and set it up give it another 10 minutes and reboot again

Camcorder is still broken - but camera works fine. Still working on this. You must flash with latest CWM recovery - TWRP doesn't work. Call echo still on speakerphone: this is a CM bug and it WILL mess up dialing your security code in voicemail... Call voicemail while not on speakerphone, dial your code, THEN switch to speakerphone to listen.  If gallery crashes and reboots your phone - Remove any and all mp4 files you have on your phone storage and sd card. For some reason mp4 files that were generated before 4.3 makes the gallery crash. Anything you find? Let me know.
